Printer Compatibility
Our labels are one of the highest quality label sheets in the industry. Our standard white matte label sheet has a 50 lb. bright white face sheet with a 50 lb. liner. The adhesive is a high quality permanent adhesive which will not ooze out during transfer through laser or inkjet printers or photo copiers.
Laser Printers / Photo Copiers...
No matter what type of laser printer you have, our entire line of labels will work for you! All of our label stocks / materials will work flawlessly in any home/office laser printer or photo copier. This includes our: White (matte), Gloss White, Removable, Waterproof, Fluorescents, Pastels, Clear, and Shiny Gold and Silver Foil labels.
Inkjet Printers...
The above is true for your home/office inkjet printers as well, with the exception of our Gold and Silver Shiny Foil label sheets. We do not recommend using these materials in your inkjet printers due to the heat required to adhere the ink to these laminated surfaces.
If you should happen to have any problem running our labels through your printer, just send back the unused labels for a full refund.
Our white gloss stocks are NOT interchangeable. Gloss Inkjet is for inkjet printers ONLY and Gloss Laser is for laser printers ONLY. Please be sure to choose the correct printer version when ordering these stocks.
