| ANSWER: Orders for blank laser / inkjet labels placed by 4:00pm (your time) will be shipped the same day. Orders for custom, pre-printed lasers / inkjet labels typically ship within 24-48 hours. Orders will typically be delivered within 1-5 business days from the day the order is processed. |

| QUESTION: Can I track my order online? |

ANSWER: Abdolutely! Just click here and login to your account for access to order tracking, order history. Information about an order's layout, order status, and a host of other information is available on the Reorders and Order Status page, which is available to all registered users.
To access this information simply follow these steps:
1. Go to your Reorders and Order Status screen (once you register).
2. Then, select the appropriate order or item from the list to view the information for that order.

| QUESTION: How will my labels be packaged? |

| ANSWER: Label sheets are shrink-wrapped in stacks of 100 sheets with chipboard on the top & bottom of each stack. |

| QUESTION: What is the quality of your labels and will they work in my laser printer, inkjet printer, or photo copier? |

| ANSWER: Our labels are one of the highest quality label sheets in the industry. Our standard white matte label sheet has a 50 lb. bright white face sheet with a 50 lb. liner. The adhesive is a high quality permanent adhesive which will not ooze out during transfer through laser or inkjet printers or photo copiers. |

| QUESTION: What kind of adhesive do you use on your labels? |

| ANSWER: We offer both a permanent and a removable adhesive on our laser / inkjet label sheets. Please use the "Select Label Material" pull-down menu (upper-left part of this page) to read more about our label materials and adhesives. |

| QUESTION: Can I ship my order internationally? |

| ANSWER: We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, and the following U.S. territories: Puerto Rico; Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands; American Somoa; Northern Mariana Islands. |

| QUESTION: Can I make a change to a submitted order? |

| ANSWER: Submitted orders go immediately into production. For this reason we cannot accept changes or cancellations. When placing an order you are given the opportunity to review or modify your design anytime up until the credit card information is submitted. |

| ANSWER: Yes. We have free, downloadable templates available for all of our label configurations in both Adobe Illustrator EPS and Adobe Acrobat formats. You can access these templates on the individual product pages or you can click here to view a listing of our available templates. |

| ANSWER: Store all label sheets flat and avoid heat and direct sunlight.
